Abbie Cornish is an Australian actress and rapper. She began modeling when she was 13 years old . Her first acting job came at 15. Her roles in films and television shows followed. Cornish is most well-known for her role as the courtier Bess Throckmorton in the historical film 'Elizabeth The Golden Age', the titular heroin addict in "Candy," Lindy in the sci-fi thriller "Limitless" and Fanny Brawne in the biopic "Bright Star". On television, she is famous for her roles in the series 'Outriders', as well as 'Marking Time'. As a rapper and a singer, Cornish has been performing since 2000 under the stage name "MC Dusk". She was born in New South Wales, and was raised with three siblings and a brother. Her parents divorced shortly after she turned 16. Although the divorce was difficult for her, Abbie managed to get over the trauma by focusing on her upcoming career.
