conceived in Los Angeles on September 20, 1970. Following the birth of her
daughter, her parents relocated to Dallas, Texas. She graduated from Booker T.
Washington High School, Performing and Visual Arts located in the Arts
District. Then, she received an BFA diploma in acting from Stephens College and
also studied at the British American Drama Academy. She was employed for six years
by Dallas Theatre Center as well as one year at Encore Company. She started her
