Genesis Rodriguez was conceived in
Miami, Florida. She is the daughter of Jose Luis El Puma' Rodriguez (the famous
Venezuelan actor/singer) as well as Carolina Perez (a Cuban-model). She has two
half-sisters. She was a student at the Carrolton School of the Sacred Heart.
Rodriguez was an actor from the age of a child. She took summer classes at the
Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute and began her own acting classes. Her
career was quickly successful, and she got roles in Spanish languages, such as
Prisionera (2004) and Dame Chocolate (2007). In the popular show
"Entourage" she also played Sarah. Film projects include Man on a
Ledge (2012) and What to Expect When You Expect (2012). Jose Luis El Puma’

revealed that her name was Genesis which is a reference to the British rock
