Nicole Scherzinger was a born in
Honolulu on June 29, 1978 and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. As a student at a
performing arts high school, she won the Coca-Cola Classic Talent Contest
& participated in several plays at The Actors Theatre of Louisville.
After having graduated from Wright State University, she continued to study
theater arts. She was then invited to join the first season of the WB's
television series Popstars (2000). There, she became the lead singer of Eden's
Crush, a female pop band.
